Use Your Gifts and Talent

• Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10 NIV
• God has carefully placed people around you with gifts to use to advance His kingdom and to help in the success of your organization.
• When each person uses their gifts, great things happen.

Seldom do we look at the gifts and talents that God has given each of us when we evaluate people in the workplace and the job they are given. But when you put people in the right position based on their skills and talents, they flourish.

When people are allowed to flourish, their attitude changes, their performance increases, they become more successful and so does your organization.

We want to show you how to assess each person God has placed around you so they can maximize their talent based on their gifting from God. We want to do this with you too!
